Don’t see the option to switch quality? Then it could be your browser. Some browsers (such as Safari) block this option, so our advice is to watch the videos via Chrome or Firefox.

Questions about the Premium Discord Group
With the trial month you have full access, this means that you can also participate in the discussion.
During the trial week, you are set to “read only.” You have access to the same channels, but you can only read everything.
After purchasing one of the full trading courses, you can get access to the Premium Discord group via email. If you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive the instructions.
The instructions are listed in the course overview. If you have purchased the trial week, you can immediately start the “course”. Here you can find the instructions. If you can’t find it, the purchase is in your own account as well. You can find this by clicking Log in at the top right. If you are not logged in yet, you can log in there. Then click on courses on the left, then click on start course in the Premium Discord Group.

Trial month/renewal: A week before the end of the trial month (and the renewal) you will receive a reminder that it is about to expire. Then you can opt for an renewal.
Trial week/renewal: You will receive a reminder about 2 days before the end of the trial week and then you can opt for an renewal. If the renewal is ending you will get an remindering one week before the end date.
No, you are not obliged to purchase an extension after the trial month/week. This expires automatically.
For questions about the Discord group, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
This can be different things: When you first enter, it is mandatory to pass on your data to email@example.com. (As indicated in the instructions you received) Otherwise we will not be able to complete your registration. This must be done within 24 hours, otherwise you will be automatically deleted. Is this the case? Then you can still send an e-mail and we will make sure you can get back in.
Were you taken out after a week or after a month, or even after 3 or 6 months? Then it is possible that your trial month/week or you renewal has expired. If you don’t take any action it will stop automatically, which means you will also be removed from the Discord group.
It can sometimes happen that you have been wrongly removed from the Discord group, again please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
